I am the founder of The ECG Collective, a strategic ecosystem of organizations stewarding projects & initiatives with Kingdom Excellence. ECG stands for Embraced and Called by God, which reflects the faith and foundation that shape my work.

Through The ECG Collective, I support individuals and organizations in showing up with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Our work includes Uncommonly Crafted, a personal style and identity-focused brand that helps individuals embrace who they are and express themselves with assurance, and Alvin & Dianne Creative Studio, a project management and design studio supporting entrepreneurs and leaders in moving from ideation to execution through strategic oversight and operational alignment.

My work is deeply rooted in my faith and my belief that authenticity, obedience, and bold stewardship lead to transformation and excellence. I’m a speaker, writer, and strategist committed to cultivating spaces where people and ideas can grow with intention and integrity.

I hold a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University and draw on my love for storytelling, strategy, and design to build meaningful experiences and initiatives. I find inspiration in travel, culture, and style as expressions of individuality and calling.
